About the Role

Amazon is seeking Warehouse Shopper Team Members / Order Fulfillment Associates to join our team to ensure customer orders are selected, packed, and prepared for delivery with speed and accuracy. In this fast-paced warehouse environment, you will play a critical role in the fulfillment process, working alongside a dedicated team to meet hourly pick and pack quotas while maintaining high standards for safety and accuracy.

Day in the Life

As an Order Fulfillment Associate, your day involves locating items in the warehouse and packing them into boxes or bags. You will use handheld scanners to identify products, label packages, and prepare orders for shipment. Depending on operational needs, you may also unload incoming shipments, stock shelves, and move inventory throughout the warehouse. You will follow Amazon's safety and scanning procedures to ensure all orders are accurate and processed on time.
