Warehouse - Shopper / Order Fulfillment Associate

About the Role

Amazon is seeking Warehouse Shopper Team Members / Order Fulfillment Associates to join our team in fulfillment centers across the country. In this role, you will play a critical part in the customer experience by selecting, packing, and preparing customer orders for delivery. Your primary mission is to ensure that customer orders are accurate, safe, and processed on time in a fast-paced environment.

Day in the Life

As an Order Fulfillment Associate, your day will involve a variety of tasks designed to keep our operations running smoothly. You will locate items within the warehouse using handheld scanners, pick them with precision, and pack them securely into boxes or bags. Once packed, you will label packages and prepare orders for shipment. Depending on the needs of the center, you may also assist with unloading incoming shipments, stocking shelves, and moving inventory throughout the facility.

Safety and Performance

Safety and accuracy are at the heart of what we do. You will be expected to follow Amazon's strict safety procedures and scanning protocols at all times. The role requires meeting hourly pick and pack quotas while maintaining high standards of quality.
