Warehouse - Shipping Receiving Clerk

Adecco is partnering with a well-established client in Everett, WA to hire Shipping & Receiving Clerks for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This position plays a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, meeting customer requirements, and upholding quality and safety standards within the warehouse environment.

In this role, you will handle incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently. Your day-to-day involves building packaging for outgoing orders, ensuring all packages meet warehouse standards regarding damage, sealing, and labeling. You will also process all incoming deliveries, from parcels to freight, by unloading, inspecting, and sorting inbound shipments to verify contents against purchase orders. The role requires operating scanners and computer systems to process shipments and utilizing equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks to stage and deliver goods to appropriate storage locations.

We encourage candidates with prior warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience to apply. A forklift certification is preferred, though willingness to obtain one is acceptable. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions are essential for success in this position.

Compensation for this role is $22.00 per hour. Associates may also be eligible for paid leave, including Paid Sick Leave or any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law, as well as Holiday pay where applicable.
