About the Team

Performance Foodservice, PFG's broadline distributor, maintains a unique relationship with a variety of local customers, including independent restaurants, hotels, healthcare facilities, schools, and quick-service eateries. A team of sales reps, chefs, consultants, and other experts builds close relationships with each customer, providing advice on improving operations, menu development, product selection, and operational strategies. The Performance Foodservice team delivers delicious food, but also goes above and beyond to help independent restaurant owners achieve their dreams.

About the Role

The Sanitation, Warehouse role is essential to supporting America's food distribution system. We value the safety and health of our associates, and this position ensures the health and safety of everyone by maintaining a clean and safe workplace. You will perform general janitorial, cleaning, and sanitation tasks across the warehouse facility, including dry, cooler, and freezer areas, as well as office areas as assigned. Your work helps reduce spoilage and lost inventory by efficiently breaking down and repacking full cases, while also managing recycling efforts for plastic and cardboard.
