About the Role
This position serves as a critical link in the production and logistics chain, ensuring that every product leaving the facility meets strict quality and safety standards. As a Warehouse Packer/Print Packer, you will inspect items for conformity to specifications, focusing on color, quality, quantity, and the absence of defects. A key part of your mission is to ensure that cups and other products match the signed-off "Run-to-sample" criteria before they are packaged for shipment, storage, or delivery.
Your day involves maintaining a neat and orderly workstation that is always audit-ready. You will be responsible for cleaning rollers, plates, and ink fountains with proper chemicals, disposing of waste materials correctly, and removing trash throughout the shift. Beyond individual tasks, you are expected to be a team player who actively helps colleagues and promptly notifies operating personnel of any machine down times or defects, including those occurring in the mold.
Safety and Compliance
Safety is the top priority in this role. You must adhere to all NSF guidelines, wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and maintain a "safety 1st" attitude at all times. The role requires strict compliance with company policies, food safety requirements, safety standards, and government laws.
