About This Opportunity
The Warehouse Materials Coordinator is the backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring the accurate and timely movement of goods to and from the warehouse. This role exists to maintain the integrity of our electronic inventory records while facilitating the seamless preparation of goods for shipment and the processing of incoming materials. Beyond the physical handling of inventory, you will be responsible for the procurement of necessary supplies and equipment, all while providing a superior level of customer service to internal teams and external partners.
In this position, you will serve as a vital link between sales, service, and the warehouse floor. Your day will involve collaborating closely with these departments to interpret customer orders, work orders, and requisitions. You will determine exactly what items need to be moved, gathered, or distributed, then physically convey materials from receiving areas to storage or designated zones. Whether sorting items onto racks and shelves or filling requests for tools and stock, your attention to detail ensures that our operations run smoothly and efficiently.
