We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Coordinator to lead daily warehousing activities and drive operational excellence. In this role, you will be instrumental in implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards to achieve volume targets within strict time limits. Your primary mission is to ensure daily operations not only meet but exceed performance expectations, directly contributing to an increase in the company's overall market share.
You will serve as a key interface between our warehouse operations and our customers, answering questions and resolving issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction. The position involves overseeing the entire lifecycle of goods—from receiving and inspection to dispatching and inventory accuracy. You will manage stock items in an orderly, accessible manner, utilizing identification tools and warehouse software to maintain precise records and project warehouse status.
As a leader within the team, you will work with limited supervision on non-routine situations, often taking responsibility for leading daily operations. This includes training, delegating tasks, and reviewing the work of lower-level employees. Success in this role requires a strong ability to adapt to changing operational needs, solve complex problems, and collaborate effectively across multiple functions, particularly within a union environment.
