About the Role

This 5-6 month contract position serves as a critical bridge between data accuracy and physical warehouse operations in Chicago. As an Analyst, Manufacturing Support, you will ensure seamless alignment between SAP and warehouse management systems, directly impacting stock integrity and operational efficiency.

The role is designed for individuals who thrive in fast-paced logistics environments and possess a strong desire to accelerate their career. You will work the 4 PM to 12 AM shift, collaborating with service providers, carriers, and internal teams to maintain punctuality, completeness, and quality standards, including HACCP guidelines.

Your day-to-day involves a blend of analytical review and hands-on support. You will monitor capacity utilization and KPIs, introducing corrective measures when necessary, while managing full-cost analysis and risk assessments for yearly budgets. Beyond data, you will actively support warehouse operators, assist with inventory clerks, and handle diverse logistics tasks ranging from donation shipments to managing expired packaging disposal.
