About the Role

This position is designed for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will be responsible for accurately picking, packing, and shipping products while maintaining inventory integrity and product safety. The role involves executing tasks using hand-held RF units and scanners, working within clearly defined standard operating procedures, and resolving routine problems as they arise.

Success in this role requires effective communication with associates and a strong display of teamwork. You will participate in associate meetings and communicate any concerns to management. The position demands physical stamina, including the ability to consistently lift up to 50 pounds, bend, reach, stoop, and stand for an 8-hour shift or more. Additionally, you will operate power industrial trucks (PIT) and may rotate into various areas of the warehouse, including working at heights up to 25 feet.

Schedule and Expectations

The schedule for this role is Monday through Friday from 1:00 pm to 9:30 pm. Overtime may be required in addition to regular shift hours. All job duties must be performed in accordance with OSHA standards, adhering to all organizational policies, rules, regulations, and procedures. Required personal protective equipment, such as steel-toed safety shoes (provided after 90 days) and material handling equipment safety harnesses, must be used at all times.
