About the Role
This is a hands-on position within a fast-paced warehouse environment. The role is designed for individuals who thrive on movement and tangible results, where your hustle directly impacts your earnings. You will be the backbone of our logistics operations, ensuring freight is moved efficiently and safely.
In a typical day, you will be unloading tractor-trailers, breaking down pallets, and restacking inventory. The work involves handling freight weighing between 25 and 80 lbs and moving 50 to 200+ pallets daily. While the environment can vary from 32°F to 90°F, the focus remains on maintaining a safe, productive, and energetic workflow.
