Our client, a supplier of home infrastructure materials, is seeking an experienced and hands-on Warehouse and Transportation Manager to take ownership of their Brooklyn facility. This role will be heavily involved in building a functional warehouse operation from the ground up and creating a culture of continuous improvement.
As a key leader in this transition, you will drive the shift from paper-based systems to a fully integrated, technology-driven operation. Your day-to-day will involve mentoring the team through this evolution, fostering a culture of professionalism and operational excellence while managing the daily rhythm of the warehouse and small fleet.
We are looking for a "builder" mentality—someone who thrives in creating new systems and workflows, visualizing optimizations from start to finish, and holding the team accountable to a newly designed set of KPIs.
