About the Role
The Vice President, FP&A Clinical Enterprise serves as the senior finance business partner to OhioHealth's clinical leadership and the OhioHealth Physical Group (OPG). This role embeds financial leadership directly into care delivery operations to drive informed decision-making, resource alignment, and sustainable performance while advancing the organization's mission of high-quality, affordable patient care.
The position emphasizes a trusted partnership over transactional finance, combining strong financial rigor with deep operational and clinical understanding. You will work alongside clinical executives to align financial stewardship with quality, access, safety, workforce sustainability, and growth.
