About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead the accounting and FP&A functions for one of our largest manufacturing sites, generating over $100M in revenue. This position is pivotal in partnering with plant leadership to drive financial excellence, support strategic operational initiatives, and provide robust financial guidance.
The Plant Controller will oversee all aspects of financial operations, from close processes and general ledger management to cost accounting, budgeting, and material margin improvement. You will serve as a key advisor, aligning department strategy with organizational goals and strengthening internal communications around financial targets at every level of the site. In this fast-paced environment, you will work closely with the plant manager to manage inventory working capital and drive continuous improvements, ensuring accurate and timely reporting for both site-level and consolidated financial statements.
