About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Plant Controller to lead the accounting and FP&A functions for one of our largest manufacturing sites, generating over $100M in revenue. This role is pivotal in partnering closely with plant leadership to drive financial excellence, support strategic operational initiatives, and provide robust financial guidance. The Plant Controller will oversee all aspects of financial operations, ensuring the site operates with precision and strategic foresight.
In this position, you will develop financial policies and practices that significantly impact the site, while consistently analyzing financial data to present accurate, timely reports. You will serve as a key advisor to senior leadership, monitoring progress and communicating financial status clearly. Your work will align department strategy with broader organizational goals and strengthen internal communications around financial objectives at all levels. Additionally, you will assist the plant manager in managing inventory working capital and driving continuous improvements in this critical area.

Requirements
