We have partnered with a client to find a VP of Finance to join a dynamic leadership team. In this pivotal role, you will shape financial strategy and drive operational excellence within a financial institution.
As VP of Finance, you will lead and develop finance and accounting teams, fostering a culture of performance and growth. Your day-to-day will involve overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning while ensuring strict compliance with accounting standards and robust internal controls. You will manage asset and liability strategies, liquidity, investments, and risk policies, while driving month-end close, board reporting, and supporting annual audits and tax filings. Additionally, you will conduct financial and KPI analysis to identify trends and optimize overall performance.
