The Role
As a Virtual Recruiter, you will serve as the bridge between our job board and remote job seekers. Your primary objective is to recruit qualified candidates who are seeking work-at-home positions. Once recruited, these candidates become members of our work-at-home job bank finder service, where they can access multiple remote opportunities tailored to their skills and background.
This role offers significant flexibility, allowing you to work from your home office. You will have the autonomy to manage your schedule, with the ability to work up to 45 hours per week across Monday through Saturday. While a minimum of 20 hours per week is required to maintain active status, you can choose the hours and days that best suit your availability. You may also have the opportunity to hold multiple positions with us or other remote companies simultaneously based on your past work history.
