Testronic is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Quality Assurance Technician to join our growing QA team. In this role, you will be an integral part of the product lifecycle, responsible for identifying defects, verifying functionality, and ensuring that our software and game products meet the highest quality standards before release.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who are passionate about gaming and technology and wish to build a career in quality assurance within a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will work closely with developers, producers, and other QA team members to resolve issues quickly, participate in beta testing, and help identify recurring problems to suggest improvements to testing processes.
This position is primarily performed in an office or remote setting. The role requires prolonged periods of sitting and screen usage. Employees may be required to operate gaming consoles, peripherals, and various computing hardware.

Employment with Testronic is at-will, meaning either the employee or the employer may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, to the extent permitted by applicable law. This position is designated as Non-Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), making employees eligible for overtime pay for hours worked in excess of forty (40) hours in a workweek.

Previous experience in QA testing, software testing, or another technical role. Familiarity with bug-tracking and project management tools such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or Azure DevOps. Basic understanding of QA methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall. Experience participating in beta testing or working with game development teams. ISTQB Certification or similar QA certification.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
