You will act as a subject-matter expert, guiding organizations through hybrid delivery models and ensuring that requirements management supports audit readiness and continuous improvement.
In this capacity, you will translate high-level delivery and compliance needs into practical, usable workflows. Your day involves coaching users on effective review cycles, collaborating on traceability standards, and capturing feedback to drive tool enhancements. You will be the go-to resource for resolving inefficiencies in boards, backlogs, and dashboards, ensuring that every team member can leverage these tools to their full potential.

Requirements
