- check_circleGenerate AI-driven imagery and video using tools like Adobe Firefly and Google Flow
- check_circleDevelop and document repeatable AI-assisted production workflows to increase content volume
- check_circleMaintain organized project files, asset libraries, and version control for efficient team workflows
- check_circleMonitor social platform trends and adapt creative approaches to algorithm shifts and format evolutions
- check_circleConcept and develop engaging short-form video content for organic and paid social platforms
- check_circleEvaluate emerging AI tools and establish team best practices for responsible, brand-safe usage
- check_circleCreate longer-form storytelling assets that align with brand narrative and performance goals
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Film, Media Production, Communications, or equivalent professional experience
- verified3–5 years of professional video editing and content creation experience
- verifiedProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects) and CapCut
- verifiedHands-on experience with AI image or video generation platforms
- verifiedDegree from an accredited institution of Higher Education
Nice to Have
Mix of in-house, agency and/or production company experience. Experience in financial services or other regulated industries. Experience supporting both B2B and B2C audiences. Motion design or 2D animation skills beyond standard templates.
