About the Role
The Vice President of Finance and Accounting serves as a core member of the senior management team, providing strategic leadership and coordination for all company financial decisions and product line analysis. This role is pivotal in assuring financial reporting accuracy and acting as the primary business partner for the President and other Vice Presidents on all strategic company decisions.
In this capacity, you will oversee the accounting and HR departments, including the shared service center, while monitoring and analyzing monthly operating results by product line. The position requires a proactive approach to identifying and driving efficiency improvements in sales, operations, logistics, and finance. You will also lead capital employed and working capital improvement projects, coordinate resulting savings initiatives, and support internal audits to ensure robust governance.
