As a Cybersecurity & Global Security Attorney, you will serve as a subject matter expert on legal and regulatory issues related to cybersecurity, information security, and global security. This is your opportunity to make a significant impact, working independently and collaboratively with senior leaders and global teams.
You will tackle complex legal and regulatory challenges, shape policy, and drive practical solutions that safeguard our business. Your expertise will help us navigate the fast-changing landscape of cybersecurity and physical security. In this role, you will draft and negotiate critical contract terms, analyze laws and regulations across jurisdictions, and advise on incident response and crisis management. You will provide practical, strategic advice to our cybersecurity, technology controls, and global security teams, supporting senior management on a broad range of legal and security issues.

Experience working in a large financial institution or similar regulated environment. Prior involvement in advocacy or policy development related to cybersecurity or physical security. Familiarity with global intelligence, insider risk, and strategic threat management. Experience managing crisis response and regulatory engagement. Advanced negotiation skills in complex contract environments. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Experience supporting senior management and cross-functional teams on legal and security issues.
