Join the Risk Management and Compliance team at JPMorgan Chase, a division that plays a crucial role in maintaining the firm's strength and resilience. As one of the oldest financial institutions with a history spanning over 200 years, we offer innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses, and prominent corporate, institutional, and government clients. Our organization is a leader in investment banking, consumer and small business banking, commercial banking, financial transaction processing, and asset management.
This team values diversity and collaboration, fostering a dynamic environment where employees contribute to the organization's growth and risk culture. We are committed to navigating challenges and seizing opportunities in a rapidly evolving financial landscape.
As a Vice President in Risk Management, you will support the implementation of comprehensive risk management frameworks and practices for the Wealth Management organization. In this role, you will partner with risk professionals to cover various distribution channels, supporting the identification, assessment, and mitigation of risks that could impact the organization's ability to achieve its objectives.
You will work closely with management in risk, the business, and supporting functions to ensure that risk management strategies align with the organization's goals and regulatory requirements. Your expertise will be instrumental in challenging the First Line of Defense (LOD) risk management activities, evaluating compliance-based independent monitoring, and establishing risk limits or tolerances. By fostering a risk-aware culture and promoting open communication, you will help integrate risk management into strategic planning and decision-making processes.
Candidates selected for this role will engage in a structured interview process designed to assess technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and cultural fit. Specific details regarding the number of rounds and interview formats will be communicated upon application review.
