For those who want to put their love of pets into action, there are few jobs more rewarding than that of a Veterinary Assistant at Banfield Pet Hospital. As a key member of the hospital team, you will support and assist veterinarians and veterinary technicians, ensuring the safety of pets, clients, and associates while maintaining the continuity of quality veterinary care.
You will work closely with other pet health care professionals to advocate for pets and educate clients on all aspects of pet health. From maintaining the flow of patients to setting up procedures and keeping treatment areas clean, your technical skills will be used daily to provide professional, efficient, and exceptional service. You will also have the opportunity to mentor other team members and educate clients on the importance of preventive care through our Optimum Wellness Plans®.

The pay range for this role is $16.79 - $21.46 Hourly. The specific rate is determined based on the candidate's experience, skill level, and education, and may vary depending on location or applicable minimum wage laws.
