About the Role
This Risk Analyst position serves as a critical component of the first line of defense Risk Program. You will be responsible for executing internal control monitoring and testing, enhancing controls, and supporting the coordination of compliance testing, internal and external audits, and regulatory examinations. The role involves assisting in the maintenance of policies and procedures while supporting the identification of opportunities for improvement to mitigate key risks.
In this capacity, you will work closely with team managers to enhance processes and monitor open issues until they are satisfactorily resolved. You will prepare reports of results for senior management and conduct formal follow-ups to ensure the adequacy and effectiveness of actions taken. Additionally, you will support state, federal, and agency examinations by managing the compilation of necessary documents, writing required narratives, and performing qualitative reviews to ensure responses are consistent and accurate.
This role is based in Los Angeles, Phoenix, or Jacksonville.
