About the Role

The Vendor Manager serves as a trusted advisor to business units, acting as the strategic bridge between internal stakeholders and external partners. This role is designed to optimize vendor portfolios by driving improved performance, competitive costs, and balanced risk management. You will lead the full lifecycle of vendor engagement—from sourcing and selection to negotiations, contracting, and ongoing governance—ensuring that every partnership aligns with the organization's strategic goals.

Your day-to-day involves facilitating monthly reviews with business units to discuss current activities and future requirements, while sharing critical industry insights on cost drivers, negotiation levers, and market trends. You will guide teams through complex sourcing plans, manage major escalations and contractual disputes, and drive cost model optimization strategies, including vendor rationalization.
