This position serves as a vital link in our vascular access safety portfolio, covering the San Francisco, CA, and Reno, Nevada territories. Based in Sacramento, CA, you will drive sales for our Vascular Access Safety IV Products, specifically focusing on Introcan Safety IV Catheters and other assigned vascular access solutions. Your primary objective is to maintain and grow current sales while meeting corporate growth targets.
In this role, you will partner with various hospital sales specialties to qualify new leads and advance the sales process. Success requires navigating clinical settings, including hospitals and clinics, to present our products directly to healthcare professionals. You will be expected to adhere to strict credentialing and safety protocols required by our healthcare customers, ensuring full compliance with vaccination and background clearance standards necessary for site access.
Qualified candidates will be evaluated based on their relevant experience, education, and professional certifications. The selection process involves reviewing applications for the required Bachelor's degree, 2-4 years of related experience, and a valid RN license. Selected candidates will proceed through standard interview stages to assess technical knowledge, sales acumen, and cultural fit within the B. Braun team.
