About the Opportunity
Our client, a world leader in biotechnology and life sciences, is seeking a proactive Validation Engineer to join their team in Tucson, AZ. This on-site role is critical for ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance within a regulated manufacturing environment.
The Role
As a Validation Engineer, you will focus on process validation activities to maintain strict adherence to FDA, ISO, and cGMP standards. You will partner with Manufacturing, Quality, and Design Transfer teams to resolve validation issues, implement corrective actions, and drive continuous improvement initiatives. This position offers a long-term contract with the possibility of extension and full-time conversion.

Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field
- verified1–3 years of experience in validation within a regulated manufacturing environment
- verifiedKnowledge of process validation principles, verification techniques, and industry standards
- verifiedFamiliarity with FDA regulations, ISO standards, and cGMP requirements
Nice to Have
Experience in the medical device, biotech, or pharmaceutical industry. Experience supporting audits, CAPA activities, and process improvement initiatives. Familiarity with risk assessments and validation documentation practices.
