As a Valet Attendant, you will be the first and last point of contact for our guests, delivering exceptional hospitality in an attentive, friendly, and efficient manner. This key role is essential to setting the tone for the guest experience, ensuring that every arrival and departure is seamless and welcoming.
You will be responsible for parking and retrieving guest vehicles in a prompt yet safe manner, while also assisting with luggage delivery and pick-up during arrival and departure. Your day involves opening doors for guests, monitoring vehicle traffic to ensure smooth flow and legal parking, and providing directions regarding property amenities, services, and local areas of interest. You will also identify and explain room features, assist individuals with disabilities, and maintain the safety, security, and cleanliness of parking areas.
The hospitality business operates seven days a week, twenty-four hours a day. As part of the team, you must project a hospitable service atmosphere at all times, communicating clearly with guests and colleagues to ensure all service needs are met.
