About the Role
Closing Crew Members play a key role in the restaurant, ensuring guests get their late-night fix with their favorite McDonald's meals while preparing World Famous food. You will connect with customers to ensure they have a positive experience, partner with other Crew and Managers to meet daily goals, and keep the restaurant looking phenomenal. Your shift ensures the restaurant is ready to go and prepared for the next day. Closing crew team members typically work at least from 7 pm to 1 am, though times may vary depending on the day of the week, the hours of operation at the location selected, and individual availability.
