UX Designer

About the Role

This position serves as a strategic bridge between marketing, data, and technology within the financial services sector. You will be responsible for developing and executing customer experience solutions for online applications and websites, guiding projects from initial product concept through to completion. The role demands a pioneering spirit; you will navigate ambiguity to create playbooks for others to follow rather than adhering to pre-defined steps, ensuring that complex business and data requirements are translated into compelling, user-centered design solutions.

As a central point of contact, you will lead teams of user-centered design specialists and manage high-profile projects. Your day-to-day involves leveraging Adobe Target and other design tools to drive value, while collaborating with cross-functional partners in marketing operations, digital product, and data science. You will champion ideas to build consensus among senior leaders and business stakeholders, ensuring that roadmap execution aligns with broader organizational goals in banking and financial technology.

Hiring Process

The interview process is streamlined to respect your time and focus on fit:

1. Round 1 (45 minutes): Initial video interview to discuss background and role alignment.
2. Round 2 (30 minutes): Follow-up video interview with the hiring team.

Work Environment & Logistics

This is a 12-month contract role with potential for extension, based in Irving, Texas, or Charlotte, NC. The position operates on a hybrid model requiring three days onsite per week. Candidates must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where independent judgment is exercised to guide risk deliverables and resolve moderately complex issues.
