About the Role
This position serves as a strategic bridge between business objectives and user experience execution within the financial services sector. You will lead the development and execution of customer experience solutions for online applications and websites, guiding projects from initial product concept through completion. The role demands a pioneering approach, requiring you to navigate ambiguity and create playbooks for others to follow rather than adhering to pre-defined steps.
In this capacity, you will act as the centralized point of contact for project timelines, dependencies, and deliverables. You will leverage your expertise in Adobe Target and human design thinking to resolve moderately complex issues, lead teams of specialists, and champion ideas to build consensus across cross-functional partners. Success in this role involves translating complex business and data requirements into compelling narratives and simplified solutions for senior leaders and stakeholders.
Hiring Process
The interview process consists of a maximum of two rounds:
- A 45-minute initial video interview.
- A 30-minute follow-up video interview.
Work Arrangement & Contract Details
This is a 12-month contract position with the potential for extension. The role is based in Irving, Texas, or Charlotte, NC, with a hybrid work model requiring three days onsite and two days remote. Compensation is set at $55–$65 per hour (W2 only). Full-time consultants have access to benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K contributions, and applicable PTO or sick leave.
