The Academic Materials Associate is the operational backbone of our Academic Materials department, bridging the gap between students, faculty, and the resources they need. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, reliable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working with computer systems for extended periods.
In this position, you will support daily operations by assisting students and faculty with course materials, managing inventory, and coordinating with vendors and professors. You will serve as a key point of contact, answering professional inquiries via phone and email while guiding users through program options like the Utah Day One Access Program. The role involves a blend of administrative precision and customer service, requiring you to process data, manage textbook adoptions, and maintain accurate inventory records.
