As a User Support Specialist within the Operational Effectiveness Consulting team, you will serve as a critical bridge between complex intelligence software and the action officers who rely on it. Your mission is to lead software training initiatives, demonstrate advanced tradecraft guidance, and provide high-level user support to specialists across the intelligence community. This role exists to ensure that internal and external clients can efficiently leverage technology to support critical intelligence operations.
In this position, you will distinguish yourself by collaborating closely with IC users, team members, and leadership. Your day-to-day involves documenting requirements, creating comprehensive training materials, and collecting metrics to identify opportunities for increased software adoption. You will apply outcome-based solutions to solve real-world challenges, ensuring that the tools you support are not just functional, but transformative for the analysts using them.
