This role is based in Montvale, NJ, and operates on a hybrid basis. The selected candidate is expected to report to the office regularly; this position is not fully remote.
The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Analyst serves as the critical bridge between IT delivery and business needs. The primary mission of this role is to ensure that all code delivered meets the functionality specified by Business Analysts and, more importantly, satisfies the ultimate operational requirements of the business. You will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting business requirements to create comprehensive testing strategies that cover functionality both in isolation and in combination.
In this position, you will not only execute tests but also act as a mentor and guide to other business analysts. You will collaborate closely with key business stakeholders and IT teams to analyze and deliver enhancements and projects. Your day-to-day involves coordinating test execution to validate solutions, providing oversight for business readiness plans (including communication and training), and establishing strong working relationships across IT and business teams. You will also advise cross-functional teams on the testability of business requirements and support the delivery of projects through to completion.
