About the Role

As an Exterior Services Technician - DOT Operator, you will play a crucial role in overseeing landscape projects and collaborating within a dedicated team to maintain the grounds year-round. You will conduct grounds maintenance activities in parking lots, exterior buildings, and surrounding areas, operating specialized equipment and vehicles to complete tasks. By working alongside fellow associates, you will manage all aspects of landscaping and exterior maintenance while evaluating needs to implement sustainable upgrades.
Hiring Process & Application
To apply, candidates must meet specific minimum qualifications, including being at least 21 years old, holding a valid state-issued driver's license for at least three years with a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) report. Applicants must also be able to read and communicate effectively in English and successfully complete a DOT physical to secure medical certification.
