Lexington Urology is an employed group within the Lexington Health network of care, dedicated to providing comprehensive urologic care and advanced treatments at two state-of-the-art clinic locations. We are a team of nine highly skilled urologists supported by a robust infrastructure, including on-site Lithotripsy and da Vinci Surgical Systems, a dedicated stone center, and a fully functional outpatient procedure suite. Our practice is built on a strong primary care referral base and offers a collegial environment where clinical special interests are welcomed.

About the Role
We are seeking a BC/BE General Urologist and a Fellowship-Trained Female Reconstructive Specialist to join our established, high-volume practice. This role is designed for physicians who want to hit the ground running with immediate patient access. Our award-winning, in-house marketing services are dedicated to helping you establish a reputation within the community, ensuring you have a robust patient panel from day one.
You will work in a supportive environment equipped with a full imaging suite (CT, x-ray, ultrasound) and backed by 24/7 live Epic EMR support from our on-site team. The position offers significant flexibility, including APP support for first call coverage, clinic coverage, rounding, consults, and surgical first assist options. Whether your focus is stone disease, reconstructive surgery, or general urology, you will have the resources and team to excel.
