About the Role

Join Kadlec Clinic as a full-time Urologist in its well-established Urology practice in Richland, Washington. This is a great opportunity to perform a broad range of general Urology procedures alongside a dedicated, collaborative team. You will join two physicians and four Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) supported by a dedicated staff, with exceptional support and mentorship available. While experience is preferred, new graduates are welcome to apply.

The position offers a 4.5-day work week with a 1:4 call schedule (6 days per month). Kadlec Clinic features advanced capabilities including two robots, Urogynecology services, and Aquablation technology, allowing you to practice at the forefront of the field while enjoying exceptional work-life balance.
