About the Role
Practice urology your way. This opportunity is designed for physicians who want to build a niche, add new procedures, or redesign workflows. The group is physician-led, meaning providers drive strategy and vision so your clinical ideas won't disappear into a committee vortex. You will join a team of four MDs and five APPs that is actually fun to work with, offering a culture that values autonomy and self-starters.
You will walk into immediate volume without the panic, seeing 26–32 patients daily thanks to a massive primary care network sending referrals faster than kidney stones show up at 2 AM. The role includes access to robotics, laparoscopy, and an ASC right next door, ensuring smooth scheduling with no scavenger hunts for OR time or turf wars. Community call is Q8, shared with another practice, requiring only 0–1 weeknight per week.
