Truck Driver - OTR - CDL-A

About the Role

We are seeking dedicated Over-the-Road (OTR) Truck Drivers to join our team and transport freight safely and efficiently across long distances. This role is essential for maintaining our supply chain integrity, ensuring that goods reach their destinations on schedule while adhering to the highest standards of safety and regulatory compliance.

As an OTR driver, you will operate Class A commercial tractor-trailers, navigating multi-state routes with precision and care. Your primary mission is to deliver freight safely, efficiently, and on time, and in full compliance with Department of Transportation (DOT) regulations and company policies.

Day in the Life

Your day begins with a thorough pre-trip inspection to ensure vehicle safety and compliance. Throughout your journey, you will maintain accurate electronic logs, track your mileage and manage delivery documentation. You are responsible for securing cargo properly to prevent damage or loss during transit.

Communication is key to your success. You will stay in regular contact with dispatch to provide updates on route status, report any delays, and coordinate delivery schedules. If any accidents, traffic incidents, or mechanical issues arise, or mechanical problems occur, you will report them promptly to ensure swift resolution.
