We are seeking experienced owner operators to join our team for high-mileage routes. This role is designed for drivers who value efficiency and fair compensation. A key feature of our program is a high percentage of drop-and-hook loads, minimizing wait times. Additionally, all dispatched miles—whether loaded or empty—are paid at the same rate, ensuring you are compensated for every mile you drive. We also provide fuel surcharges on all dispatched miles and offer multiple fuel discount programs to help manage operating costs.
Our program is built to support your business with comprehensive benefits. We provide company-sponsored insurance, base plate, and permit programs, along with transition assistance for new partners. Drivers receive 24/7/365 dispatch support and assistance. We also cover the costs for forward-facing cameras and electronic log programs, while offering pre-pass and toll passes at no cost. Settlements are processed weekly via EFS Card, with an online system allowing you to review your earnings before they settle.
To qualify, candidates must meet specific criteria, including being 21 years of age or older with a valid CDL Class A license and the legal right to work in the United States. We require a clean driving record (2 or fewer moving violations or accidents in the last 3 years) and no DUI or DWI convictions in the last 7 years. Our orientation process is designed for convenience, with 95% of the training completed online; any remaining materials are sent via mail.
