About the Role
As an Owner Operator with F2F, you can choose the path that fits your lifestyle. With our Connect Program, you can run your own business without the hassle of booking your own loads. Alternatively, join our Direct Program for dedicated customer runs backed by 24/7 support from our all-star operations team.
We are now accepting dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers for OTR, Regional, or Local routes. Our goal is to provide a partnership where you earn 80% of linehaul, settle weekly, and receive pay every Friday. We support your business with personalized maintenance escrow, back-office support, and coverage for your semi-annual DOT inspection.
Hiring Process
To join our team, please apply and let us know which program sounds right for you. The process includes a virtual orientation and requires a negative drug test before driving under F2F Transport authority. We look for drivers with a valid CDL-A and a clean record, specifically no DUI convictions in CMV and no suspensions within the last two years.
