We offer two distinct paths for our owner-operators:

• Connect Program: Run your own business without the hassle of booking your own loads. You maintain control while we handle the logistics.
• Direct Program: Enjoy dedicated customer runs with 24/7 support from our all-star operations team.

Whether you are interested in OTR, Regional, or Local routes, we now accept dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers.

The Driver Experience

Our programs are built to support your success with features like personalized maintenance escrow, back-office support, and dedicated load planners. We provide discounts for Truckstop and DAT Load Boards and cover your semi-annual DOT inspection. Drivers also benefit from weekly settlements, payday every Friday, and awards for clean roadside inspections. Our Driver Advocates are available to support our partners, and we offer virtual orientation to get you started quickly.

How to Apply

To join our team, please apply and let us know which program sounds right for you. We require a valid CDL-A, a clean driving record (no DUI convictions in CMV, and no DUI in non-CMV vehicles within the last 5 years), and a negative drug test before driving under F2F Transport authority.
