The Opportunity
We are now accepting dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers. Our Connect Program allows you to run your own business without the hassle of booking your own loads, while our Direct Program offers dedicated customer runs backed by 24/7 support from our all-star operations team. Drivers can choose from OTR, Regional, or Local routes that fit their lifestyle.

We provide Samsara ELDs, general liability and cargo insurance, and dedicated load planners. Additionally, we offer discounts for Truckstop and DAT Load Boards, virtual orientation, and awards for clean roadside inspections. We also cover your semi-annual DOT inspection and assign Driver Advocates to support our partners.
How to Apply
To join our team, please apply and let us know which program sounds right for you. We look for drivers with a valid CDL-A and at least 2 years of commercial driving experience within the last 36 months. Applicants with 5+ years of older verified experience may have more flexibility regarding recent non-driving employment. A negative drug test is required before driving under F2F Transport authority, and we require no DUI convictions in CMV or non-CMV vehicles within the last 5 years (with consideration for recent medical certification issues regarding license suspensions).
