The Opportunity

With our Connect Program, you can operate your own business without the hassle of booking your own loads. Alternatively, join our Direct Program for dedicated customer runs backed by 24/7 support from our all-star operations team.

We are currently accepting dry van, power-only, flatbed, and reefer drivers. Our programs feature weekly settlements, payday every Friday, and access to Samsara ELDs. We also provide personalized maintenance escrow, back-office support, and dedicated load planners to ensure your focus remains on the road.

How to Apply

To join our team, please apply and let us know which program sounds right for you. Our process includes a virtual orientation to get you started. We look for drivers with a valid CDL-A and a clean record, including no DUI convictions in CMV and no license suspensions within the last two years.
