The Role
As an Owner Operator with F2F, you can choose between our Connect Program or our Direct Program.
In the Connect Program, you run your own business without the hassle of booking your own loads. In the Direct Program, you enjoy dedicated customer runs backed by 24/7 support from our all-star operations team. We now accept drivers operating dry vans, power-only units, flatbeds, and reefers on OTR, regional, or local routes.
Hiring Process
To apply, simply reach out and let us know which program sounds right for you. The process includes a virtual orientation and requires a negative drug test before driving under F2F Transport authority. We also cover your semi-annual DOT inspection.
Our Culture
We are committed to supporting our drivers with personalized maintenance escrow, back-office support, and dedicated load planners. We also offer discounts for Truckstop and DAT Load Boards, general liability coverage, and cargo insurance. Drivers who maintain clean roadside inspections are recognized with awards, and we provide Driver Advocates to support our partners.
