About the Role
As an OTR CDL-A Refrigerated Driver in our private fleet, you will operate 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworth trucks equipped with modern amenities including APU, inverters, fridges, and SiriusXM. This role offers a weekly guarantee of $1,400 with starting pay of 62 to 64 cents per practical mile, allowing drivers to easily out-earn the guarantee. You will be part of a family-owned team that values professional management and driver quality of life, with flexible home time options available.
Hiring Process
We fly you to orientation and provide paid orientation time. To apply, you must have a CDL-A license for at least 12 months, be at least 21 years of age, and have no major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years. Additionally, there must be no DUI/DWI convictions in the past 5 years, and you must be able to pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen. Once hired, you will join a supportive environment featuring an awesome drivers' lounge with leather chairs, fresh towels, free laundry, and a big-screen TV.
