Your Role and Responsibilities
You will manage your own equipment while delivering 100% no-touch freight. Please note that for Flatbed Operations, you are responsible for tarping and securing loads. We provide clear, straightforward weekly settlements, ensuring you receive 90% to 100% of your fuel surcharge and a competitive percentage of linehaul based on your experience level.
Equipment Standards
To partner with us, your tractor must be 8 years old or newer and must meet Decker's strict safety and appearance standards. We support our drivers with strong safety protocols and fair, consistent policies.
