About the Role
We are seeking Over-The-Road (OTR) CDL-A drivers to join our reefer team. This role offers the opportunity to drive new tractors and trailers on high-quality routes, specifically avoiding the East Coast and New York City areas. Drivers can enjoy flexible home time and the ability to bring pets or passengers along on the road.
Compensation and Benefits
Our updated pay package, effective February 27, 2026, offers a starting rate of 65 cents per mile (CPM) with automatic longevity raises. Drivers also receive a $80 per diem, paid unloading, layover and detention pay, and drop and pickup pay. Orientation is fully paid.
We provide a comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, a $10,000 life insurance policy paid for by the company, and a 401K plan with a 25% match.
Hiring Process
