About the Role

As an OTR CDL-A Refrigerated Driver in our private fleet, you will transport high-priority food products across the country. This role is designed for drivers who value professional management and a strong emphasis on quality of life. You will operate modern equipment, including 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworth trucks equipped with APU, inverters, fridges, and SiriusXM. We offer flexible home time options and a supportive environment where you can bring a rider or pet.

Hiring Process

We make the onboarding process seamless by flying you to orientation and providing paid orientation time. To join our family-owned team, candidates must meet specific safety and experience standards, including a valid CDL-A with at least 12 months of experience, a clean MVR, and a successful FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen.
