About the Role
As an OTR CDL-A Refrigerated Driver in our private fleet, you will be part of a family-owned team that values professional management and driver quality of life. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive 2023 and newer Freightliners and Kenworth trucks, all equipped with APU, inverters, fridges, and free SiriusXM. We provide flexible home time options and a supportive environment, including an awesome drivers' lounge with leather chairs, fresh towels, free laundry, and a big screen TV.
Hiring Process
We fly you to orientation and offer paid orientation time to ensure you are ready to hit the road. To join our team, candidates must meet specific safety and experience standards, including holding a CDL-A for at least 12 months, being at least 21 years of age, and having no major MVR or CSA violations within the last 3 years. Additionally, a clean record regarding DUI/DWI convictions for the past 5 years and the ability to pass a FMCSA DOT pre-employment drug screen are required.
